Mirko Moeller Ph.D.
Dr. Mirko Moeller obtained his MSc in physics from the Free University of Berlin in 2012 and his PhD in theoretical physics from the University of British Columbia in 2016. Following his PhD he continued his research at the University of British Columbia as a postdoctoral fellow. His research focused on quantum materials in which electrons behave in strange and unexpected ways. To study these materials he made use of a wide array of numerical techniques including Monte Carlo Simulations, as well as analytical techniques using pen and paper.
Mirko joined Coanda Burnaby in 2018, where as part of the data science team he develops methods, models, and software for the analysis of experimental and numerical data.
