Javed obtained his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta, where he worked on magnetically targeted aerosol drug delivery to the lung. After graduation, he studied solid particle wetting and interfacial flows using atomic force microscopy at the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research.
He joined Coanda Edmonton in 2018, bringing experience in a variety of fields, including experimental and numerical modelling, oil and gas phase behavior, microfluidics, and instrument design.
