Nick Byford B.Sc., P.Eng.
Engineer
Nick obtained his B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta. Since joining Coanda Edmonton in 2016, Nick has contributed to various research activities with a focus on tailings treatment, chemical screening/optimization, geotechnical/biological modelling, and long-term closure plan validation programs. His background in the geotechnical and materials engineering fields, together with his project management experience, have allowed him to successfully manage a variety of complex multi-discipline engineering research and development projects at Coanda.
He is based at our Edmonton branch, assisting with the delivery and execution of our physical modeling research programs. Nick is a registered Professional Engineer with APEGA.
